STAFF FAQ'S |
We
offer a complete service including interviewing, selection, and
direct payment so you will not have to complicate your accounts
or bookwork in dealing with P.A.Y.E. taxes and National Insurance.
How does it work?
Temporary Staff are employed by I.G. Global Services under a contract
for services. A worker will be assigned as pre your request and
you are required to complete a timesheet detailing the amount
of hours worked.
Who pays the temp?
Charges are based as to the duties of the role and the skills
required. These will be discussed before the assignment commences.
Timesheets are to be returned to the office by Tuesday. I.G. Global
Services will process the hours worked and will Invoice you at
an hourly rate as previously agreed.
What about employers tax?
Hourly charges include all statutory payments. VAT is applicable
at the current rate at the time of invoice.
What happens if the temp does not work out?
If the worker assigned to you is unsuitable for the position,
contact the office. A replacement will be found and you will not
be charged.
I like your temp – can I keep them on a permanent
basis?
We try to keep our charges to a minimum, however recruitment is
an ongoing expense. If you wish to employ a worker introduced
to you by I.G. Global Services Ltd. a nominal fee may be charged,
or an extended period of hire may be negotiated.
