I.G.
Global Services Ltd. has been trading over the period of years
and during this time we have carried
out several contracts of different values and sizes successfully
to clients in and around London local area.
Our objective is to achieve in all of our contracts, be they large
or small, a consistently high level of service, by doing so we
hope to maintain contracts long term and build a healthy working
relationship with our clients. Our growth has been primarily through
personal recommendation.
I.G Global recognises that the objective of business today is
to offer value for money, and ensure expenditure within reasonable

We
feel that, as a growing Company, the level of management involvement,
with all of our contracts reflects in the attitude and commitment
of all staff at all levels of operations from administration to
operatives. As a result of this involvement we have a high level
of staff loyalty and a low turnover in staff numbers.
Our company is organised in such a way that each division is set
to complement each other. The main divisions of our company includes

We
strongly believe that our employees are our greatest assets and
we go to great lengths to recruit the very best people. We celebrate
and reward individual as well as corporate success. We endorse
and encourage employee development both personal and practical.
We go to great lengths to identify and reward individual initiative.
Promotion is always based on merit never simply length of service.
For these reasons, we are committed to achieving “Investor
in People” status by the end of the year.
Our investment in our employees does not stop at recruitment;
we also invest heavily in effective training. All supervisory
staff is trained before inception of service in all aspects of
their responsibility.
We endeavour to obtain staff through introduction by our current
staff as well as by advertising in the local area. Each new employee
is vetted and fully trained before commencement of employment.
All our Operatives must have at least six months experience with
I.G. Global Services Ltd. before we would consider them for the
position of supervisor.

We
take immense pride in the quality of our cleaning services which
has been built up through our dedicated efforts to develop systems,
procedures and work practices to ensure that your premises receive
the highest standard at all times.
Quality is assessed on all customer sites, proactively by self-monitoring
and daily & weekly by site supervisors. Senior management
reviews the whole system on a monthly basis.
We design a quality check sheet based on each client’s unique
specifications. The supervisor checks against standards each day
and records the results. These are assessed and results recorded
so that any changes needed are be made swiftly.
We also take great pride in our reputation for adhering strictly
to all Health and Safety guidelines and operational procedures.
All of these procedures are constantly monitored and reviewed
by our management team on a regular basis to ensure that customer
'satisfaction is guaranteed' at all times.
